Camera Setup and Compatibility
If you're connecting a camera for the first time, start with our support page. It lists every supported Sony and Canon body, the iPhone models FrameCoach works with directly, firmware notes and known limitations. Canon cameras need a quick one-time USB activation before they connect wirelessly; our Canon setup guide walks you through it.
Camera not on the list? FrameCoach requires cameras with built-in wireless remote control, and not all cameras support this. You can request support for your camera model in the app. If you have trouble connecting a supported camera, get in touch using the details above.
Privacy and Data Requests
To access, correct or delete your data, or to exercise any of your other data-protection rights, email contact@framecoach.io. We respond to data-protection requests within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
