Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FrameCoach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What FrameCoach Is

FrameCoach is an AI-powered camera coaching application that provides real-time guidance on camera settings, shot composition, and cinematography decisions. The Service is intended as an educational and creative tool. FrameCoach is under active development, and features may change, be added, or be removed.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FrameCoach. Users between 13 and the age of digital consent in their country must use the Service under a parent or guardian's supervision.

Use of the Service

You agree to use FrameCoach only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

Accounts & Authentication

An account is required to use FrameCoach. You may sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology that make up FrameCoach are owned by FrameCoach and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Any content you create using FrameCoach's guidance (your films, photos, and creative work) remains entirely yours.

AI Coaching

FrameCoach uses AI to analyse your camera frames and suggest improvements — think of it as a knowledgeable second opinion, not a guarantee. Coaching suggestions are advisory only and may not suit every shooting scenario. You're always the one making the creative and technical calls on set.

Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

FrameCoach offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Creator Monthly" and "Creator Annual") purchased through Apple's App Store. By subscribing you agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same term at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewals are charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device
• Prices may vary by region; the current price is shown in the app at the point of purchase

Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled under Apple's refund policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law are unaffected; the 14-day right to cancel digital content does not apply once the Service has started being supplied with your prior agreement.

Free tier. A limited free tier remains available. Usage limits, features, and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FrameCoach is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Camera setting recommendations will produce specific results in all conditions
• AI-generated coaching feedback will be accurate or complete
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

FrameCoach is a coaching tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. Always use your own discretion when making creative and technical decisions on set.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrameCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or creative output.

Your Content

Your footage is yours — always. When you use FrameCoach, camera frames are sent to our servers so our AI can coach you in the moment. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store those frames for coaching purposes and to improve the Service. We don't use your content for anything else. You can request deletion of your frames at any time by contacting us at contact@framecoach.io.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page with the revision date noted above. Continued use of FrameCoach after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
